Co-Founder & COO
John is an operations and marketing leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-location service organizations. As COO of a large dental group, he built high-performing teams, drove client-side marketing strategy, and implemented the systems that fueled organizational growth.
He holds a degree in Information Science & Technology from Penn State University with minors in Security & Risk Analysis and Business Management. At Proof & Pixel, John leads client operations, marketing strategy, and service delivery - from campaign planning and lead generation to ensuring every engagement runs smoothly and delivers measurable results.
William
Co-Founder & CTO
William is a technology strategist and systems architect specializing in modern infrastructure, data analytics, secure cloud transformation, and web design. With deep experience leading IT operations for multi-location organizations, he bridges the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
He has led large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations, Zero-Trust security rollouts, cloud infrastructure design, website builds, and advanced analytics initiatives using Power BI, Azure, and SQL-based data platforms. At Proof & Pixel, William oversees technology architecture, website design & development, automation strategy, cybersecurity, and data intelligence - handling the back-end implementation that turns strategy into working systems.

Co-Founder & CFO
Paul is a strategic executive with leadership experience as both a CFO and Chief People Officer across healthcare, energy, and engineering sectors. He specializes in aligning financial strategy, operations, and talent to drive measurable growth and long-term value.
Known for building high-performing teams and leading transformational initiatives, Paul brings deep expertise in financial planning, M&A, capital strategy, and organizational development. His data-driven approach helps organizations uncover opportunities, improve performance, and execute with clarity. He holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
