Why We Started
Before Proof & Pixel, we were on the client side, running operations and IT for multi-location service organizations. We hired the agencies, the IT consultants, and the bookkeepers, and we watched them fail to talk to each other.
The marketing agency did not know what finance was tracking. The IT consultant had no idea what the website needed. When something broke, everyone pointed fingers and the owner paid for it.
So we built a different model: one team that designs the website, runs the marketing, secures the technology, and keeps the books. All coordinated, all accountable.

TJ
Co-Founder & COO
TJ is an operations and marketing leader with deep experience managing complex, multi-location service organizations. As COO of a large multi-location service organization, he built high-performing teams, drove client-side marketing strategy, and implemented the systems that fueled growth.
He holds a degree in Information Science & Technology from Penn State University with minors in Security & Risk Analysis and Business Management. At Proof & Pixel, TJ leads client operations, marketing strategy, and service delivery.
Payton
Co-Founder & CTO
Payton is a technology strategist and systems architect specializing in modern infrastructure, data analytics, secure cloud transformation, and web design. With deep experience leading IT operations for multi-location organizations, he bridges the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
He has led large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations, Zero-Trust security rollouts, cloud infrastructure design, website builds, and analytics initiatives using Power BI, Azure, and SQL. At Proof & Pixel, Payton oversees technology, website design and development, automation, cybersecurity, and data.
